We ship all over Europe directly from our laboratory in Italy.

Throughout Italy, shipping is free with Express Courier
Shipping cost

    Italy: Free Express and Insured Shipping, usually delivery within 48 working hours.
    Cash on delivery (payment option valid for all Petplaying products with the exception of the Ceramic Cups): + € 8.50 will be added to the total of the cart. You will pay the total amount in cash to the Courier.

    Bank Transfer: If you choose to pay by bank transfer you will immediately receive a 5% DISCOUNT (we will send you the total to be paid discounted by 5% of the total).

    Klarna: in 3 installments without fees and interest.
    Cash on delivery: € 8.50 is added to the total order and you pay in cash to the courier upon delivery.

We ship in 2/5 working days after purchase as ours is a handmade and unique product, built specifically for you and customized at the time of order. The lead times could vary from many factors including holidays, vacations etc. If you have any urgencies or deadlines, please let us know first. The tracking number is sent by e-mail immediately after the item is shipped. The package travels safely and at our risk with DHL Express Courier, 100% insured and well packaged, we will respond to any damage by the Courier. Return Policy for Italy and Europe

PetPlaying produces only 100% handcrafted and customized products.

We offer you the best possible service. Your product always travels at our risk, you are 100% covered Zero surprises!

Even if art. 59 of the Consumer Code provides that the right of return is excluded for handmade and personalized items. We accept the return of the product within 14 days of receiving the order.

You understand well that being products that in order to be put back on sale, craftsmanship is required to make it neutral and customizable again, the shipping costs for the return of the product are charged to the customer both outward and return for a total amount of € 19.

The product must be intact and unused, complete with all parts as you received it and well packed to avoid breakage on the return journey. We will take care of making the return request ourselves. You will be fully reimbursed (excluding the € 19 cost for return) as soon as the product is returned intact.
